Hi! I’m Karena Wynter, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, military spouse, and mom of three. My experiences shape a compassionate, real-world approach to therapy. Outside of sessions, I love being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, jogging, creating art, or tackling an obstacle course. I believe in resilience and joy through movement and creativity. Professionally, I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in individual and group settings, with a focus on women’s health, parenting, grief, trauma, and perinatal mental health. I'm currently licensed in Colorado and Virginia, and I’m committed to helping people navigate life with clarity and confidence.
